Beginning a Workout Program
Beginning or changing a workout program can be challenging, especially if you have no idea where to start.
At Inside Out Wellness we have taken the guesswork out of it.
We are here to support you in getting the maximum benefit out of your workouts.
Our Customized Exercise Program
If you are serious about exercise and want to know exactly what to do based on physical condition, medical history, limitations, goals and equipment available.
Every exercise will include details such as duration, frequency, resistance, sets and repetitions. It will also include detailed description and picture of how to perform the exercises.
Last, a recommended warm-up and cool down is recommended. Every 6 weeks your routine will change.
This customized prescription includes:
- 20 minute initial consult with a certified personal trainer
- Unlimited e-mail support with a personal trainer
- Two customized 6 week workout plans specifically tailored to your needs
Investment : $100.00 for each 12 week program
