YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER WILL:

  • Carefully evaluate current fitness level and structure a program to accomplish goals
  • Create a progressive, challenging exercise program
  • Motivate to strive to be and do your very best
  • Adapt your program when it is not the exact fit for you
  • Educate proper form and technique of different exercises
  • Collaborate with other personal trainers to when they do not have the answer for an problem

YOUR LIFESTYLE COACH WILL:

  • Assist in removing barriers that have kept you from succeeding in all areas of your life from weight loss, exercising regularly and healthy eating, to balancing life.
  • Allow the space to explore what is not working in life and create new habits, perspectives that will increase your success in developing a healthy lifestyle and creating your own positive body image.
  • As you begin to work with your personal trainer and nutritionist you may find resistance may come up for you and this is where your coach will co create with you breakthroughs to achieve your goals.

YOUR NUTRITION/FOOD COACH WILL:

  • Take a holistic approach to food, helping you to look not only at what you eat, but what other factors in your life affect what you are eating: lifestyle, career, physical activity, stress, etc. all play a role in our health.
  • No calorie counting and dieting, but replace it with what I call "eating for energy" and finding an approach to eating that does not deprive and restrict like traditional diets.
  • Discover what truly nourishes you.
  • Take a step-by-step approach allowing you to easily integrate changes into your lifestyle so that by the end of our time working together, you will have seen a dramatic impact.
