Session 1-WHY make change?

When we choose to begin new actions that will develop into life long habits, we need to know WHY we are taking new actions and be completely committed to the WHY! If we are not clear as to WHY we are making this effort or we will fail. During this session:

Explore the times when the Why's were not big enough to keep us on track to the results we desired.

Build the WHY this time so strong that we will continue on toward your goals no matter what.

Session 2 - Are you clear? Where are you going?

What is it you want to feel and have when it is all said and done? Clarity creates the glue to our goals; it is the fuel that keeps us going when we don't feel like it. In this lecture, Barbara will give you key steps on how to become crystal clear of what it is you do want regarding your fitness, nutrition and health.

Session 3-Inspired Action Creates Traction

Support is key to accomplishing goals. Learn how to determine if you're just creating a lot of dust or are you really moving forward in your goals. Find out how to get out of just doing and how to be in harmony with what is your next inspired action to accomplish your goals.

Session 4 -Explore Mindsets that Create Stumbling Blocks

Discover your own mental blockades and limiting thinking that sabotages your success. Take your fitness goals from wishing they were true into thinking they are true to being completely true.

Explore new ways of managing the mind to create the physical results effortlessly.

Barbara will use techniques to assist you in dissipating the old stored energy behind the old mindsets so you can move forward in your strengths to create just what it is you do want in your fitness goals.

Session 5 -What is your self talk about?

Do you have a critical committee or supportive coach in your mind?

What is your mental chatter about?

This session will be about firing the critical community and developing a completely new way of speaking to yourself by becoming your own coach of support.

Set powerful intentions, mantras and mission statements that support your new Healthy Lifestyle Goals.

Session 6-Where are you now?

This session will be all about anchoring the WHY, CLARITY, ACTION STEPS, POSITIVE MINDSET AND SELF TALK so that you not only reach your healthy lifestyle goals but maintain it as well effortlessly.
