THE ECONOMY OF WELLNESS

Economy, Wellness and YouYou can’t go anywhere without someone talking about the economy and how the world is going to end any minute. People are losing their jobs, they can’t pay for their mortgages and they are not traveling as much.

So what does this mean for the wellness?

Well believe it or not, your mental state is part of your total wellness. Many motivational experts will tell you, if you dwell on the negative issues that are occurring in the world, you will get more of it. Just think, those who are abundant think of this time as opportunity. Some of the wealthiest people achieve their largest financial gains at this time.

Why?

It is what they are focusing on. They are looking at the positive, looking at opportunities.

Now what?

You may not be ready to buy town homes or purchase areas of land for profit, but you certainly can apply these principals in every day life. Whether you have been laid off or have been forced to cut back your hours, look at this as an opportunity to grow and change.

We are all creatures of habit and when we are forced out of our comfort zones, we grow and learn as individuals.

Don’t just dwell how terrible this economy. Look at each and every day as an opportunity for you to grow.
